Find ways to move around the house today. Check out some of my Pilates teacher friends and see their suggestions for moving around the house.

Class 5.3

Sit on a chair for these moves and use your hand weights. You’ll be lengthening your spine and feeling tall.

Use a towel to assist you as you move today.A nice mix of stretching and strengthening.
