1/2 C frozen blueberries
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 c c full fat coconut milk from a tin
1/2 c coconut or almond milk from a carton
1 Tbs Nut Butter
1 Serving of protein powder ( I like NuZest vanilla)
Directions
Blend all the ingredients together.
Serve in a bowl to eat with a spoon.
Note
Make it beautiful – Top with fruit, and something crunchy like seeds, nuts, shaved coconut or granola.
