Choc / Mint Smoothie Bowl

You're going to LOVE this fresh new flavour combo!
1c unsweetened cashew milk (or your choice of milk) 1/2 frozen banana A big handful of spinach 6 mint leaves 1/2 small avocado 1 Tbs Cocoa nibs
Blend until smooth, in a high powered blender, and serve with an extra sprinkle of cocoa nibs or berries.
You can always add extra goodies like chia seeds, protein powder or ground flax.
