Creamy Chai Smoothie
If you like chai lattes, you'll love this nutritious smoothie.
Ingredients
1 c unsweetened coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp mixed spice
1 handful of ice
2 tbs almond butter
1 serving protein Powder ( I like Nuzest vanilla)
2 tsp ground flaxseed
(Serves 1)
Directions
Blend until smooth.
Add more water or ice if you’d like a thinner consistency.

She has taught me how to create smoothies that are filling and nutritious enough for a meal.
As a big fan of chai flavours, this one is one of my favourites!
