Healthy Chai Latte
One of my favourite treats on a rainy day snuggled up by the fire with my knitting or a magazine!
Ingredients
1c Almond milk from a carton
¼ c Coconut milk from a tin
1Tbs almond butter
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cardamom
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp mixed spice
1/2 tsp nutmeg
3 cloves
Vanilla
1 date
2 macadamia
8 cashews
Directions
Simmer all the ingredients in the pan
Remove the cloves
Blend in the bullet and serve warm.
Serves 1
Note
I love mine with almond & coconut milk, but you can choose your fave milk to use!
