500 g mince
1 onion, chopped
1 large Kumura thinly sliced
1 bunch spinach
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Coriander
1 tsp Cumin
Fresh chilli to serve.
Pop the oven on 180 degrees.
1. Heat some olive oil in a pan and brown the onion and garlic.
2. Add the mince and continue to stir
3. Next, add the spices.
4. Place the kumura slices on a tray lined with baking paper. Spray with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Bake for 10 minutes until crispy.
5. Saute the spinach in a small pan until wilted.
6. Build your bowls!
Serve with lemon wedges, sliced chilli and some natural yogurt.
A dollop of natural yogurt is great with this.
