3 Tbs melted coconut oil
½ c Almond meal
3 Tbs wholemeal flour
3 eggs
1 tin of coconut milk
Vanilla
Directions
1. Mix the coconut oil, almond meal, flour, eggs, vanilla and coconut milk together.
2. Sprinkle with raspberries.
3. Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
Note
So, I made this for a Friday night treat after dinner. – But I had the leftovers for breakfast! Who would have thought you can have puddling for breakfast!
I have also made this with smashed banana and 1 tbs of cocoa stirred though.
