1 tin of chickpeas (drained)
1/2 head cauliflower chopped into florets
2 big handfuls of green beans
Salt and pepper
1. Pop the oven on to 180 degrees.
2. On a tray, place the ckickpeas, cauliflower, and carrots. Drizzle with Olive Oil and sprinkle spices on the top. Pop it in the oven.
3. Next, prepare your beans and steam them until just cooked.
4. When the veggies are ready, toss the beans through.
I finished teaching in the studio on evening and came home to this! What a lucky Mum I am!
This really is a tasty, dish.
